Angel Cassidy Layne Bechard born still Jan. 4/2003
I was 38 and a half weeks pregnant, went into labor, went to hospital expecting to bring home a baby and they couldn’t find a heartbeat. My baby died because the cord was not firmly attached to placenta, only allowing some oxygen and nutrients to pass to baby. She got so big, then the nutrients and oxygen was no longer enough to sustain her life. She died 12-24 hours before I gave birth to her. I embarked on a journey I never imagined I would go down, a very lonely and very sad roller coaster ride of grief.
